We will check your request for availability and whether the requested delivery time is feasible. After that, we will send you a payment request via SMS to the mobile number you provide below. Once payment is received, your booking is final.
Rental is per calendar day.
It is not possible to rent for half days, as we provide fully charged e-bikes.
Important 1: Your reservation is only final after you have completed our payment request.
Important 2: Unfortunately, no refunds are given in case of cancellation (due to illness, bad weather, or any other reason).
There are two reasons for this: we keep the Van Raam e-bike(s) reserved exclusively for you, meaning we have to turn down other interested customers. In addition, we have recently experienced many last-minute cancellations.
In the event of force majeure on the part of FOETS (e.g. the rented tricycle is returned damaged, stolen, or due to serious personal circumstances of the rental company), you will receive a full refund.
